Dalton & Abby – Orlando Engagement Photography

Wednesday, August 12th, 2009

So Dalton & Abby were such a lovely couple, and I know I always say that about my couples but it’s true; I have the best clients!

The feel of this shoot was meant to be vintage inspired, but with an editorial and modern twist – and personally, I do think the final product came out great. Once again the Florida heat was in full effect, as we rummaged around Downtown Orlando for the perfect shot. This was a very fun and very easy shoot with these two, Abby really knew how to work the camera and Dalton did well to showcase her. Click the picture to see the rest of the shots!

Erica – Orlando Senior Portrait Photography

Saturday, August 8th, 2009

Erica is a sweetheart and I had the opportunity to snap some shots of her for her graduation from UCF. We took senior portraits and family portraits for her graduation. She had well over 10 family members traveling with her so it was definitely a lesson in posing and directing large groups!

Again, we managed to endure the Florida heat and take some great photos. I can’t wait until November when it won’t be 100 degrees and then rain all afternoon, geesh!

Oh oh oh, and I made her that little “I DID IT!” framed-construction paper-thingy. Seeing as how I am only artistic when it comes to photography, making that little framed thingy for her was VERY exciting for me (and it was all my idea, a complete surprise for Erica!) I was pretty proud of myself even though I’m sure most people would argue this wasn’t that crafty, I tried! I’ll probably stick to what I know best (photography), but I do so love surprising my clients.
