Internet, meet this adorable little man, JG. He is super tiny, super cute, and always hungry. : )

And this is my most favorite shot of the day. I just love the intimacy between a mother and her child:

Aren’t they such a lovely little family?! I am so excited to watch mister JG grow over the next year. : )
Dear Internet, you are in for a treat this morning. Anna and Kyle were married this July and their wedding was a first-class affair full of gorgeous jewel tones, stunning details, wonderful people, and a surprising number of fake mustaches. So settle in, this one’s really very lovely. : )
First of all, Anna and her bridesmaids are stunningly beautiful and kind women. It was so much fun hanging out with them while they got ready for the day.

Oh and Anna had the most darling flower girl:

Meet Kyle and his groomsmen:

Anna and the ladies:

Anna took so many stunning bridal shots that it almost pains me to only post a few. She made such a gorgeous bride.

I am always extra smitten when my clients choose to do a First Look. It is such a fun and special moment, and is so much better in reducing day-off stress on the itinerary. : ))))

Then they got married. : )

I really love these wedding party shots. Perhaps because the wedding party was so fun and kind. I think it really shows in their photos.

On your wedding day you are running back and forth, from one thing to another. Back and forth. Sometimes with frantic urgency, sometimes with laughter and joy. Always running. Usually I am running behind you, too, so believe me, I know the reality of how much moving and going and walking and running that inherently comes with a wedding day. For exactly that reason, I so dearly love time with my clients for Bride & Groom portraits. All of a sudden, everything is still. And it’s lovely. And you get magic like this:

Can’t forget all the gorge details from this wedding. Anna, working with Stephanie from Swanky I Do’s, really created a dreamy, colorful, and detail-rich wedding that was a dream to photograph. The gorgeous flowers were done by InBloom florists and were truly breathtaking.

and yes, there was lots and lots and LOTS of dancing thanks to the awesome services of Les & Wendy of Soundwave Entertainment. : )

and mustaches:

and then they’re off!

Anna and Kyle, it has been my pleasure to play a role in your wedding day. I wish you only the best in your journey together. I can’t wait to hear back from you soon and hear all the ways you two have grown and learned from one another. Congrats congrats congrats!
Also! Don’t forget to check out their gorgeous SLIDESHOW I made them : ))))
